We didn’t accept the $75.00 for the resort fee! Or the $40 per night that they tried to add on also because we checked in 23 minutes early and the staff member said that our room wasn’t “likely” to be ready. None of the extra fees were advised in the booking.com advert for the hotel

Location is great, although area is not that comfortable to walk around in night, but that's not an hotel issue. Also, they have strong security presence in the night and was happy someone asked me to tap the room card before enter the hotel, which gives more sense of security.

The breakfast was expensive so we did not choose it. The location was perfect for excursions and sightseeing just at the end station of the historicacal tram at Powell street and Bart. Regarding safety SF has its challenges but we felt safe.

Lovely room. Great location. Staff exceptional. Early check in by 10am. Changed pillows and duvet when I was allergic to feathers.

Couldn’t arrange early check in before we arrived although we asked 3 times.
