Positives:
The Hotel was accommodating with getting a Microwave available for the room, which was nice.
Negatives:
I got to the room a day late because my flight was canceled.
The hotel wouldn't accommodate me for any type of price adjustment even though I wasn't there the first day and gave them ample notification time.
When I got there, the lotion in the bathroom was empty, there was trash in the recycle bin and the bathroom garbage, and 3 of the lamps in the room weren't plugged in.
I was also informed that I was being charged a $35 a day food fee? There's no room service, but I could use that credit in the hotel restaraunt.
I have a specialty diet so there was no food available for me to eat in the restaurant. Just $35 a day tacked onto my stay I wasn't informed of and couldn't do anything with
I was leaving a day early because I moved my flight up.
Even though they were willing to cancel the last day and take my room key, and sell the room again , they would not refund the day.
They said only booking.com could. I called booking.com and booking told me only the hotel could.

The neighborhood is infested with homeless and drug dealers. They will not do anything to you, but it looks really bad. Hotel parking was extremely expensive, although the prices are the same all around the neighborhood.

Negatives:
Feels a bit old and the bathrooms would benefit from renovation. Also the valet parking is too expensive.

The truth is, the mattresses in the room were terrible, the comfort of the beds was very bad, and there was never any included breakfast service.Booking makes false advertising and promises about the Hilton. Hotel in terrible conditions with smells and cleanliness, beds with mattresses in poor condition, it is supposed to include breakfast for guests and they give a 35 dollar voucher that is only redeemed in their facilities and is not enough for anything. Bad experience

The beds were terrible, having to move from one block to another to be able to go to the pool, having to leave the hotel to another was terrible, they told me that breakfast was included and it was only 35 dollars to be able to have breakfast and the only thing we ate was two cappuccinos and two croissants for that value, the truth is that the hotel did not meet my expectations
