Negatives: When we came for breakfast apparently it was about to shut down however they said go ahead and get yourself food quickly there wasnÂ't much left not even a whole piece of bacon it was cold Yep they still charged us full price for terrible food

Negatives: They did not clean the room during any time of our 2-night stay. I expected glassware instead of plastic. Coffee was not replenished, nor were there any stirrers, etc. There was no view at all from the window since it was fully blocked by trees.

Positives: It a very nice hotel and very nice staff due to my short stay there, due to time only one night arrived late.
Negatives: My room was not cleaned all the way. I've never had that happen before.

Positives: Location was good and the room spacious. Check in was quick and staff was friendly even though I complained about the noise in my room.
Negatives: There was some kind of generator or ventilation system close to our room. Couldn’t sleep at all. And charging $13 per day for WiFi when you’re not Marriott member is so 2005. You can also find much cheaper parking in the area

Positives: Location was great.
Negatives: I was very disappointed to find out that parking was 50 dollars for one night. I was exhausted from my travels and didnt have time to search for other parking.

Positives: Location was in easy walking distance to many places and was otherwise a convenient stopping point between driving stops for sightseeing. There was a one time pet fee and being able to take our dog was nice!
Negatives: Parking garage is expensive, however it is a similar rate to nearby garages.

Positives: The staff was wonderful from the people to cleaned to the front desk to the concierge and the location could not be beat for getting to the cable cars, the wharf, Coit Tower, etc.....
