The location, the restaurants they had. Staff was nice
Negatives:
It too 30 MINUTES to get checked into my hotel. They did not have enough staff to check in the regular check in line. Very disappointing and made me late for some commitments.
Positives:
Charged my card 3x. Including when I left the hotel. 3 charges for one night almost $700 dollars.
Negatives:
Staff lied. Said the extra charge will be off the next day before check out. That didn’t happen. Which I already knew the bank system doesn’t work like that.
A day after leaving another charge on my card for $200. I called and told it was a authorisation hold.
Why is $200 hold being put on a card after check out? Also after double charging me.

The resort fee of $30 charged to me each day of my stay, as described in writing under the terms and conditions, was supposed to be credited back/adjusted with food and drink purchases, but it was not. I raised the issue with the Marriott authorities, but none replied back or resolved the issue yet. This was very unprofessional for a business of this standard.

I love that it is across the street from the Metreon Movie Theater and various restaurants. I was able to walk and grab something to eat, didn’t have to drive.
I also love their steam room that’s open 24hours along with their Gym.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that it’s 92$ per night for parking because they only have Valet Parking. I parked my car across the street in another parking garage that was 44$ per night. Thankfully I only stayed 1 night.
