Positives: The staff was absolutely amazing and very accommodating ! They tried their best to try and find me a quiet room, which meant I got to change room 3 times, with little success (didn't ask more after the third time). Ok-ish tv with chrome cast, but it is in a 90degrees position from the bed (weird?). Good location, a cable car station is right on the corner of the street.

Negatives: The rooms in the upper levels are extremely noisy (heavy machinery noises from the nearby hotel or the machines on the roof). Nothing exceptional about this hotel : no bottled water in the rooms, not a 100% clean, and the coffee machine was of the lowest quality. One of the rooms had a sagging mattress too. This is absolutely not worth it given the very high price, I booked thinking it would be a nice hotel, but this is at best a 3* average hotel.

Positives: Location and room sizes are on plus.

Negatives: High parking price ($80 per night). You get your bags by yourself - no help (no hotel boys). Limited food options - and even if you pay for the breakfast, they ask you to pay onsite extra for meals. The rooms with the view are fine, but the ones without it have it to the inside of the building (distance from other windows isnt as bad tho)
