Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 28% of the booking value. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: Location was great, we felt safe walking around and it was clean.

Negatives: Valet gets backed up. They only offer valet so you have to check your car in with them. When I booked the room the total on the app was $251 for one night. I knew there were going to be extra fees, but after paying $80 for valet, the parking tax, destination fee and a few miscellaneous taxes/fees the room totaled $399.

Positives: Location is great and the room is clean. There was a rubik to play on and get stainless steel water bottle. The gave credit for food that we ended up eating a lot and they were delicious too.

Negatives: the parking fee is quite high but I think it is normal for San Francisco or any big US city.

Positives: Farina at the front desk was cold and unfriendly. As a member of Bonvoy for close to 2 years, a request of a 45 min late check out should not conjure a charge- policy or no policy. And a greeting and a smile is common place when dealing with the public.
