Negatives: Checked in after 8 pm requesting a quiet room after tragic day at hospital. Heard loud city noise and internal buzzing throughout the night. Was woken up at 7:30 with JACK HAMMERS, ASPHALT SAWING, directly below our room which was on 7th floor.

Negatives: I understand that COVID is likely the cause, however having both no room service and no bar or restaurant open is unacceptable, I, and I think most people, would actually be more interested in on property options right now.

Positives: I love the attention to detail and the sense of history of the entire hotel. This was a true experience and after being in hotels for 20 days this month, I can say this hotel was easily the nicest and best experience.
Negatives: The parking is limited downtown and the price to park there is exorbitant.
