The location was great, very close to the cable cars. The staff were friendly and the accommodation was spacious and felt very ;luxurious.

the location of the hotel was excellent, being on Union Square, it was easy to walk anywhere, and the trolley bus went form outside the hotel to Fisherman's Wharf.

Although there was a coffee maker in the room, there are no facilities for making tea, which would have helped.
