Positives: Close to everything at Fisherman's Wharf. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Nicely appointed room with comfortable beds and chairs.
Negatives: NO hot water for showers, minimal pillows on beds, an electrical flash emitted from the thermostat when operated. Fire danger?

Positives: Location if you want to be at fisherman's wharf. After being there I would never go back, area is so dirty and disgusting. I can't believe the city let's this area get so dirty with it being such a tourist trap.
Negatives: So outdated and couldn't get extra towels unless I went to the desk( needed because room service never serviced my room) because only one employee working. Went for a drive and came back and couldn't even park inside due to no enough parking on-site.

Positives: Location to the Wharf and my jobsite. Secure parking included in nightly stay price.
Negatives: Pictures available of hotel online were probably taken 20+ years ago or of a staged room no one stays in. Hotel rooms are outdated and not the cleanest in the world. Towels and bed sheets seemed clean though. 2 night stay & room was not cleaned between.

Positives: The location is ideal, perfect spot for a stay near the piers. The included secure parking was the reason we selected this hotel for our stay. It was so nice to park on site and know that our vehicle was safe. The check-in guy was awesome to help us out!
Negatives: Rooms are a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. It is a fun unique experience for visiting a fun and unique spot!

Positives: the location was amazing!!! Literally walk out the hotel and you are right there at the Piers!! Bed was incredibly comfy and the staff was really nice!
Negatives: no AC in the room, and there were no towels in the room. the room was facing a brick wall and towards the back, in the future I would book a patio room for sure! :-) Carpets need to be cleaned or replaced.
