Simple breakfast, Beautiful location. many iconic SF place is available within a few minutes walk or really short drive distance.
Presidio area is just amazing to walk around.
marshall beach was a bit longer walk, however it was worth the effort.
Surprisingly that beach is not that over-visited/crowded as beautiful is.

Positives:
Turned out a very good location on Lombard Street, just meters from Presidio park. Quiet end of ste street, our room at the back, we heard no street noise. Room was of good size with comfortable bed and good facilities.
Negatives:
Room had a faint smell and could not determine if that was a cleaning agent smell but was fine after windows opened.

We arrived early and could leave our car in the parking lot even though the room wasn't quite ready. We always felt safe and loved walking the neighborhood and discovering the presidio for the first time with our dogs.
