The rooms are old and broken down. The couch had stains on it. Rug in room ripped. Old funky furniture. Bathroom had old shower curtains. The cleaning staff did what they could with the run down furniture. Looks like a cheap motel with a great view. The room has dry paint drips on walls and trim. Put sheets on couch to sit. Definitely not boutique hotel……

The rooms are old. Bad stains on couch, ripped carpet , furniture all scuffed up, dryer paint drippings, old shower curtains. The cleaning staff does what they can but definitely run down!!! What a shame could put a little money into rooms but definitely a motel vibe that you don’t want to walk barefoot or touch walls..,…

strikes the whole day next the street in ofarell and too loud so we could not sleep longer, too many homeless people so you dont feel secure anymore at union square. The hotel does not offer parking so you have to walk during nights through the streets

I like that there were a lot of coffee shops walking distance, the lobby was very clean, the elevators worked, the staff was really nice. Late checkout at 1pm.
Negatives:
There is currently a protest across the street and they are banging on pots and pans from seven in the morning to 10 PM at night so it was really annoying as you could hear it 16th floor all day long.
