Positives: Very central location. Great music in lobby, which got quite crowded during conferences. Unconventional deco from most traditional business hotels. Gym was well equipped. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous with options

Negatives: Breakfast was quite unremarkable, for the price you need to pay. Needless to say, we didn't use it for lunch either. Felt the area was more of a bar than a restaurant. Ended up using breakfast options nearby the hotel on most days.

Positives: Great location in San Fran. Easy check in, friendly staff and clean. Food was delicious. Bed was cozy and loved having a robe in the room.

Negatives: AC wouldn’t cool down the room. Bar and Lobby area closed at 10pm. Only Espresso maker in the room. We had to pay for coffee in the restaurant down stairs.
