Room is modern, clean and spacious. Hotel location is within walking distance to restaurants and Japanese supermarket. Staff are friendly especially Fung who was very accommodating when we needed a later checkout.

The location is perfect. Its right in the mix for pretty much anything retail or food-related that you can think of. My favorite part was that it was directly across the street from Mitsuwa and a lot of Asian food places. The bathroom was also very pretty. The pool was heated and pretty at night when they turned the colorful lights on. Front desk staff was attentive and friendly.
Negatives:
The entire room smelled like smoke. The smoke smell was deep in the mattress. We werent given a duvet or anything, just two sheets and a thin blanket. We pulled out the bed from the couch and there were dark brown stains on the pull out mattress and rust along the metal parts. It was also weird that there was no overhead, ceiling light; When returning to the room after leaving for the day, we would have to turn on two floor lamps, the desk lamp, and the two lamps attached to the bed frame in order for the room to be lit, but it still wasnt bright enough.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, but the dirty furniture and smoky bed grossed me out.

The room was clean and comfortable. Nice sheets. It was nice to have the bar/food available. Sat outside by the pool with complimentary coffee in the morning, which was nice.

Hotel seemed dated and needs updating. Nothing walking distance to hotel. Off a main road. Chairs outside did not have cushions on them, they were stacked up.
