Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Very loud environment, kids running and screaming in the hallway. Poor management.

The location was OK.

The first two rooms offered smelled bad - the first, from old smoking, the second from mildewed carpet from water damage. In the third, where we stayed, the smell was OK, but the toilet leaked a lot all the time and in the bathroom water oozed out from under the floor tiles when we stepped into the room. In the hallways, we saw two different steel room doors badly damaged from sledge hammer blows (without breaking). Those rooms were tagged "out of order." Our friends in town told us that car break-ins were common in this hotel parking lot. They are not investing in maintenance or security.

When we arrived there was no one available at the reception, we were waiting for more than 30 mins to get some assistance and it took three employees to find my reservation even though I had my reservation booked. As well, the employees had a verry bad attitude as they were looking for my reservation. Once they gave me the room , it did not look like it was in the best conditions due to it having a distinctive smell, the bed was uncomfortable. As well the hallways were dirty. My reservation was for three nights but I cut it short for 1 night only due to all the unpleasantry's . Worst Experience and customer service I have received.
