Between Monday, Dec 2nd, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 3, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Price of room was a great value. However, you get what you pay for. Good clean room w/ kitchenette which I did not use.

Negatives: Not used to having to ask for shampoo & conditioner. Was not in room. Breakfast was instant oatmeal, prepackaged muffins and granola bars & coffee. At least it was something. I would not advertise it as breakfast. Continental breakfast, maybe, but not breakfast. I was on the 1st floor. Loved that. However, person on second floor above me walked around most of the night. Plus location near train tracks. Two trains passed by in the evening. They did stop by 10 pm.
