The only thing I liked about this property was its proximity to the Santa Clara Convention Center I had a conference to attend to. I really disliked EVERYTHING about my stay at this property and truly wish I never wasted my money here.
Negatives:
Check-in was the first bad experience. The person checking us in the evening of 2/28/24 was speaking to someone on the ear piece the entire process, not once making eye contact, no welcome or thank you. The room was filthy. The sink clogged. Terrible!

You had to ask the desk if you wanted shampoo and a coffee maker, coffee cups, etc. Items that should have already been in a hotel room. Breakfast was the barest, basic continental breakfast. Such as instant oatmeal, mini muffins, and coffee.
