Negatives: I was charged an additional $75 for room fees. No complimentary breakfast. When I called for food ordering the woman on the phone did not speak English. Limited valet parking I was told to park on the street and pay the meter. Tv only had 8 local channels

Positives: the main manager was cool and hotel employee was amazing TShe was receptive to my needs, and very kind and helpful. he view was awesome from a high floor. The location couldn't have been better, it was super fun
Negatives: One of the night employees was very unprofessional and made my check in process miserable. He told me that my credit card was bad, but it wasn't. I had my uncle drive an hour away in the middle of the night. Turned out to be his mistake.
