I paid over 300USD per night for an old hotel room. I asked for water. I was told water was reserved for whatever elite members. But the staff gave me a free water, thinking their were doing me a courtesy.
Water bottles in a hotel room is table stakes. Especially at 300USD/ night.
Breakfast was horrible: no gluten free option, expect fruit. Poor choice and gloomy atmosphere.

The toilet light had been switched off automatically during I was showering. It become totally dark while the body is totally wet. It is unacceptable and very dangerous. How come you can set like that? The pillow are too small.
