The fridge in the room was leaking water when we checked into the room, the AC unit wasn’t working, the water in the tub took forever to drain and the TV kept switching to HDMI 2.

very noisy, flights overhead, light rail train belling outside window, most frustrating is the air-condintioner noise in the room and from neighbore rooms.

The place is very clean and in an awesome location. The breakfast was definitely a big plus.

The room itself was fine, but the noise level was unbearable. You can hear everything — trains, planes, people on the street, and even noise from other rooms. Not ideal for anyone looking to rest.

Never got my deposit back even though the room was clean, I took the trash out myself and even refolded the towels. Rather go somewhere where they will give me my money back. Came here twice, and both times I wasn’t returned any deposit.

The location was one minute away walking distance from the civic center which is where the concert was :) breakfast was very good and the hotel staff were friendly.
