Positives: clean location, right by 101, and large parking lot with no parking permits, small deposit
Negatives: deposit still not returned after 5 days, this policy is stressful and pointless, money is now digital, there is no reason for La Quinta Inn to keep my deposit for longer than 2 days. it should've been returned already.

Positives: Check in/Check out process takes too long. Twice I had to wait in line to have sodas from the market charged to my room. It was not rush hour but about 4 am. I had only one person ahead of me but it would take forever due to possible computer issues.

Negatives: The lady at the front desk during day time on July 15th, was utterly unhelpful. We had 10 bags and she did not help us find a dolly. Later, for airport shuttle she made us wait for 45 min, finally got undersized cab :(

Negatives: They were missing some of the amenities that they said they had also the air conditioner was Extremely Loud you couldn't use the safe the coffee maker wasn't there I did get it on a price break or deal but I feel like it should still be the same quality
