The manager great me at check in yelling at me and saying she would not rent me a room if I had a dog. She told me there were no rooms available. But it was too bad because I had a reservation, and too bad my dog was a service dog. There were cocraroches everywhere in the room and the floors filty and dirty

The office staff were more than helpful and very nice. I liked that it was very quiet and I felt very safe.
Negatives:
The only thing was that the toilet got plugged up and I couldn’t watch football!
