Consistency of Marriott quality. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Convenient location.
Negatives:
Even though maintenance came straight to the room to assist, initially our bathroom door was off its hinges and the Netflix didn’t work because it was somehow unplugged. The coffee machine also was not plugged in so I had to move it to the bathroom so that I wouldn’t wake my children when I went to make coffee in the morning.
The valet was a mess but the staff did a good job even though they seemed understaffed.

Great location, right across the street from Sam Jose civic center. Hotel had a beautiful christmas photo prop,my kids loved the little tree contest. The valet guy was super cool an helpful, told us some great places to eat. Also the bar tender was hustling to grab everyone’s drink orders. Room was very very clean, great view of the christmas carnival going on at the park across the street. When we visit again we are definitely staying here.

Maybe make sure fire pits are on at the pool? I mean there isn't was not anything we didn't like about this place its a 10/10
