Positives: It’s right next to our sons dorm! The rooms are big and clean and very comfortable
Negatives: The air conditioning did not work! We were so hot both nights. Maintenance was called 3 times to check but it continued to stay warm. The thermostat said one thing but the feeling was another

Negatives: Elevator did work the entire stay for a large conference, this was unacceptable. There was no onsite store, the room service food was cold, the escalators were not functioning properly. The amount per night did not measure to the standard of Hilton hotel brand at all. (Elevator service was expired which explains the poor elevator service.
