Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

My door wouldn’t lock and u could just push it open even if it was closed u couldn’t lock it. I felt unsafe and on the last day the housekeeping just walked in while I was changing because u couldn’t lock that door.

Pools at both hotels (sonestas) were dirty and unusable at both way back in Aug. It's November and the pools look worse. A HUGE part of a family staying in a hotel is that kids LOVE the hotel swimming pool. At none of our visits have we ever enjoyed the pool. Once you've stayed, it's not like you get a second chance to come back for free. Essentially leaving a very unsatisfied vacation.

Pool was out service huge dead rat floating in pool. Dead rats on sidewalk. Bbq area had no lights only one worked. Cooking tools were disgusting and still had old food. Stuck on them along with beer caps from varieties of beers inside. A homeless camp with homeless people living in RVs and abandon cars all in front of the property.
