After Saturday, Jun 21st, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jun 21, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Guarantee Policy

Positives: Location was easy to find.

Negatives: Called front desk. No one picked up. Went down to lobby to ask for 2 more towels, 1 bedsheet, 1 blank, 2 pillows for the pull out sofa. Front desk lady was upset that I asked for those items and questioned why I didn’t tell them before I checked in because they have none. We checked in 10 minutes prior to me going down to the lobby. Told her I can come back because it was already 10PM she proceeded to say she don’t know if she will be able to find any. And she’s confused on why so many people are asking for those things. I asked if she can give me 2 more towels so we can use it as blankets, she proceeded to give me 4 hand towels for blankets. Worst hotel by Hilton.

Positives: near many attractions. pet friendly.

Negatives: needs more pet friendly areas. was absolutely disappointed at the hotel as a whole. I had apparently left my License when checking in at the front desk. Had a 3 day stay, went to the front desk a few times because my key card was not working. at no point did the staff alert me to the fact that I had left my driver's there. Got home and found out i left it. called and they said I had to pay them to resend it to me instead of just just sending it to the address on the license. I couldn't because I live at least 4 hrs away. soured the whole trip experience.
