Older kind of run-down place. Real nice staff but hard uncomfortable beds and super loud and annoying from the people staying right above me.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and we keep coming back.

Our booking was a last minute decision. Had we booked earlier, we could have been assigned a room closer to the interior of the whole complex where we could feel a bit more secure.

The room was nice and clean, which is the most important thing.
Negatives:
The hallways and area getting the the rooms weren’t polished and didn’t feel welcoming. Not easy access to the rooms. The breakfast needs a lot of help. The eggs didn’t taste like eggs and the sausage was really dry. For $200 a night I think they should do better than that.

Convenient location, price a little...
Positives:
The room was clean and it had a balcony facing the pool. Older hotel but well maintained. The staff is very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The coffee machine in the lobby has an assortment of different coffees you can make with pump syrup flavors to add, including hot chocolate. Complimentary breakfast was adequate and different everyday.
