Staff very helpful. Common areas and corridors kept clean. Complimentary Breakfast as expected, kitchen staff needed an additional 1-2 people. They were struggling to keep up, they were very busy.
Negatives:
The state of the actual Guest Rooms was very disappointing. At nearly $350 a night, I expected more than dilapidated furniture in the room. A broken computer desk chair that had clearly been taped and re-taped to cover the torn pleather on the arms of the chair. The couch was sagging in the middle (really?!), as it was clearly time to replace it. The blinds were broken and unless one manually closed each slat, other guests could see into the room.

Positives:
Breakfast food was good, the coffee, however was a little weak, and I am a coffee lover. The room itself was nice, clean, comfortable. Bathroom was well stocked with amenities and the tv offered a channel for kid programs.
Negatives:
The location of our room was not the best. We were next to the ice machine and on a couple of occasions, it sounded like someone was slamming their door close by.
