Positives: Booking.com messed up a simple change to my reservation, through no fault of Hilton/Hamptom. So I was in a pickle. But… ERIN, the manager, and Jacob and Ray at the desk ALL came to my rescue. ERIN managed to untangle the Booking.com mess, and I ended up with a lovely room that was perfect for me and my friend. AND without any hard sell, she pointed out the advantage of being an Honors member. I'm now a happy member and will book directly from now on.

Negatives: Booking.com really screwed up. I would rethink your contract with them so that it mitigates errors.
