Negatives:
Don't ever stay at a pet friendly hotel. They were barking all night long. And we were on the third floor you could hear people walking above us all through the night. Didn't get one win of sleep in two days! People brought all their animals I was not aware. Walking them down the hallways it was ridiculous. My sister called the lobby to complain about the dog barking next-door and the person at the front desk blamed her. Not a good experience at all

The pool was closed for resurfacing and I had switched to a suite with a balcony for an added fee. The balcony was unusable and closed for construction. Shouldn’t advertise that upgrade if it’s not actually available.
