The location is close to Cal Poly and an easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops. The staff was pleasant.

This is such a basic property for the amount of money paid. All the places in SLO gauge on pricing. Really unfortunate. Noisy folks above us in the morning, and in the walkway during the night.

Recently renovated with laminate floors in most units, comfortable beds, clean and located within 3 min drive fr campus make this hotel an ideal stay for visiting your student!
Negatives:
Parking is somewhat limited so if you arrive late you'll have to park on a street which is fine. No breakfast makes it less competitive, there are similar accommodations with breakfast included are in walking distance

It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I got there at 10pm and no one was there to greet me. There wasn't any parking spots left and I spend time trying to track down someone to answer the phone. I finally realized my key was in a lock box. I was traveling by myself and felt very uncomfortable in the dark. My room was the most basic room you can ask for - nothing to write about, just blah. There wasn't any breakfast available. I will not ever stay here again.

Staff with whom we dealt (lady when we checked in Sun/ young Mom when we checked out Mon) both very friendly & helpful. No noise from busy street nor nearby freeway. Nice places to eat within walking distance.

We normally like places that include breakfast-but price was good here (without breakfast). Brought our own muffins and coffee/tea available in the room & in the lobby.
