Positives: - Convenient location - can eat at Chipotle, Panda Express and Nick's Greek and shop at Target, Ross, Marshal within five to ten minutes' walk; convenient for extended stay - Clean, spacious and newly renovated two-queen-bed room without the bedbug concern - Onsite, friendly and responsive housekeeping crew
Negatives: - Staff can be friendly or unfriendly, sincere or insincere, depending on who and what time you talk to them - Breakfast variety- pineapples and honey dews for fruits seven days in a row; OK omelet though freshly made; $24/per person if breakfast is not included in your room rate - $75 "snack fee" charged in advance to my credit card when I checked in for snacks I "might buy" from their snack stand; took the credit card company two weeks to refund me

Positives: It was a great location for our purpose of the trip. It’s close to freeway and not far from SFO airport. All staff members are kind and friendly.
Negatives: Since it was under renovation during my stay, it was dusty and noisy. The breakfast buffet was far from excellent. My daughter’s comment was “little better than complimentary continental breakfast” at some hotel.
