Positives: The location and the parking was not bad..
Negatives: The location was not bad but the services provided by the hotel was very bad.. breakfast was nothing . Just muffin, protein bar and coffee. Breakfast is suppose to be from 730 to 930. If you go after 830 its very hard to get breakfast even a cup for coffee.. I was in hotel for almost 7 days and had very bad experience with staff.. one of the staff Ms. Tiana MItchell works in front desk treated me very badly and insulted in front of other customers.. one of the staff promised me the kitchen supplies and i went to the front desk to collect the supplies and unfortunately I met Ms. Tina and she roughly told me there is no supplies now. I ask her can I come afternoon or tomorrow she replied me its not going to be available and talked me very rudely .. I was so upset with her behaviour.. i thought may be I can ask someone in tomorrow morning and may be the supplies will be available. The next day morning I went to the front office for the breakfast and also to meet the staff at 0913am and I found nothing on the breakfast desk.. no muffin No cups for coffee No protein bar.. I turned around and look at the staff and unfortunately I found the same employee Ms. Tina in the desk.. I ask her can I get a CUP for coffee and she told me immediately there is nothing available at this time.. I told her its only 0914 but she said you are too late for breakfast.. i dot know why she behaved me like that.. she came me a cup and said just get the coffee and walk away from here.. I was so upset and being insulted in front of a couple who was sitting in the sofa .. I ask her why you are behaving me like this since yesterday, she repeatedly told me just walk away from here. I came all the way from Miami with my wife for vacation and its was the experience I had from the staff.. I was paid completely, nothing is free and I didt get any service or privilege from the staff as a customer. All other staff behaved me professionally.. its painful..
