Did not like the way my booking turn out. The hotel can not do any changes to my booking because I needed changes to my booking only to be told nothing could be done because I booked with a outside party which was you. This stay at this location was we had to attend a celebration of life.

Unfortunately, there was a hotel worker union protest going on inside and around the hotel grounds while we were eating breakfast. They were very noisy, but the hotel comped our meals on request.
