We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was friendly, and our room was clean and inviting. We had a nice dinner at the restaurant and the waiter was so attentive and friendly! We took a walk around the marina and enjoyed that too. We also walked to the nearby church for Sunday mass feeling safe in the surrounding community.

That it was very uncomfortable because I didn't know there was a strike/people blocking entrance to check in with loud drums and horns. I called the front desk a couple times and they would never answer.

Hotel workers are on strike and will wake you up early in the morning with screaming and horns. The room itself is below average quality but not uncomfortable. The hotel is dirty, there were dirty plates with breakfast food left out past midnight.

The morning manger was a wonderful lady! Always help us with anything we needed. And the shuttle guys were just as wonderful

It was close to the terminal and the restaurant was very convenient.

Great place to stay at...

When I arrived there was no reservation under my name, I had confirmations from booking.com but they had nothing in their system. I was luckily able to get a room, but was not the one I booked. I walked into the bathroom and there was a centipede on my towel. There was extremely loud protests all day on Saturday at the entrance of the hotel that was going on all throughout California hotels.
