Certain (male) staff were unwilling to help when needed (day shift). I needed fresh towels and he asked me to come back in a couple of hours because he was by himself, the towels were 10 feet away. This also happened when I requested kitchen supplies (utensils, pan, etc) upon our arrival- again he (same person) was unable to do it at the time and that he would call when ready to pick up my items- never called. I came back later and a different staff provided the items immediately.

I requested a queen bed, upon arrival I was awarded an upgrade, per the clerk, to a double bed room. One problem, I was traveling by myself and was actually given a smaller bed both length wise and in width. Not an upgrade, and the freezer kept me up.
