Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Thursday, May 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Thursday, May 16th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, May 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation between May 16 and May 17, you will still be charged for the full amount. After Friday, May 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Risk-free booking! Cancel before 2024-05-16 and you'll pay nothing! Any cancellation received on your check-in date will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. When traveling with pets, please note that the property can only allow dogs and that there is a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Pet fee is $25.00 per pet per night.
