Everything is fine except for...
Positives:
Breakfast was good, standard hotel fare. Although the Friday morning attendant scowled at everyone, arms crossed, which made it as little uncomfortable. We were happy to have a fireplace, especially since a window had been left open in our room. It was raining when we arrived
Negatives:
We booked a partial ocean view. "Partial" is the important word. There is a view of some water over the roof of the property below the Morgan on the coast. Don't expect to sit and watch the sea from room 255.

There were ants ALL over our room. We told the staff and they just brushed it off. There are minimal restaurants within distance of the property. There isn’t much around it either. Room was very run down, our fireplace didn’t work, and there was a leak in the hallway right outside our door.

Breakfast was decent like the fireplace in the room and the room was spacious.
Negatives:
I didn't like having to haul our luggage up the stairs since there was no elevator. Also couldn't figure out the thermostat in the room it seemed a bit outdated.
