Spoke to housekeeper asked her to exchange towels. Rudely she pointed to other housekeeper upstairs said You have to give her your towels. In my opinion her communication and customer service skills were unprofessional. I called the front office.

Unlike the motel next door, this one is being kept in a good condition. They have everything that they say they have and it's not falling apart.
Negatives:
The location is pretty bad with barely any grocery stores being nearby and none of them being decent. But it's 10 minutes from San Ysidro border crossing point by bus if for some reason that's important to you.
