The hotel rooms does not get clean every day, they charge you daily for parking if you have a rental . And if you need clean towels need to be chasing employees around. Need to have rooms clean every day

Not as expected, don’t like the hotel service..
Positives:
The breakfast was pretty good. Omelets made to order, french toast, eggs, breads, some fruit, yogurt, coffee, juices, and oatmeal bar. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The building is old and needs a full renovation. Everything seems dirty and smelled very musty. It rained and our ceiling started leaking. We were eventually moved to a new room but only had one bed instead of two. Shower temp was either two hot or two cold. No safety lock on slider door to balcony. Balcony seemed downright dangerous to be out on. Phone did not work to call front desk. Elevator button lights did not work. Charged for parking but didnt have a car- was never asked charged anyway.

The housekeeping department at this hotel is nothing short of horrific!!! We stayed 6 nights, and NEVER ONCE did they come to attend to our room even after complaining to the front desk 7-8 times. It didn't even phase them. I had to go downstairs to retrieve new towels, new sheets and blankets. There was garbage piled up at the escalator and understandably so. I ended up having to put our pizza boxes out in the hallway because NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP TO CLEAN OUR ROOM!!! The laundry room is disgusting! I asked for the name of the GM, and they would only tell me her name was Mickey. Didn't know the last name. Seriously??? The GM either needs to know or doesn't care! the toilet seat was not bolted down correctly, and it took them two days to fix it. I asked for a shower curtain liner, and they gave us a shower curtain for us to install ourselves. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Liner not curtain, and I cleaned my own room enough, I wasn't about to do installs too.

The morning buffet that came as our complimentary breakfast was delicious. It served all sorts of foods and beverages. One of the workers from the house keeping service, Selena, was very helpful and friendly when we ran out of towels, due to housekeeping not cleaning our room. The front desk workers were helpful when I had any questions or issues.
Negatives:
Property was still remodeling certain rooms on different floors.The original room we booked wasn't ready for us when we arrived. So the hotel had another room , that had just finished getting remodeled, for our stay. That room still had construction powder all over it. It had not been cleaned. The air conditioner was not on when we entered the room, and when turned on needed hours to get cool. We needed fans in order to cool off. Our room was never cleaned while we were there, even when it was asked for.

The hotel was clean,food was delicious, complimentary drinks during happy hour was nice. The bartender and waiter were very friendly and on point. The front desk staff was friendly as greeted us upon entry.
Negatives:
Our room was extremely muggy and hot. We turned on the AC and it didn't work. We called maintenance and they came out and tried to fix it. Something was wrong with the AC so we were moved to another room. Thank you for that part. The maintenance tech was very nice and professional. The king bed was not comfortable, we felt the springs and didn't get the rest we were looking forward to.
