Our bathroom was in need of help. The tub was peeling, wall paper was peeling, the toilet handle had not been previously fixed properly. And some of the elevators were out of order.

We didnt sleep the first night. We woke up scratching from sleeping on their bed. The room may have been infested with bedbugs. Also There were food left on the floor form Previous occupants, carpet was very dusty and was obviously not vacuumed at all.

Easy location to find. Somewhat clean, but needs some TLC/cleaning and repair. The front desk staff was really nice and helpful. Quiet despite being fully booked for the weekend.
Negatives:
The gate for the front parking lot didnt work, although I paid for overnight parking, I still had to pay to exit the premises. Mobile key never worked despite constant communication with the front desk. Room had a variety of misses in upkeep and random cleanliness. There were holes in the wall, looked like it was a maintenance issue.

Loved the staff, common area wonderful, breakfast excellent. Bed was very comfortable.

The light switch at the door didn't work and it smelled musty /cigarets. Had to switch rooms and that light switch didn't work either. So we just turned on a light and left it on. Toilet leaked in AM but was taken care of quickly. Furniture out dated, bathroom small and dark.

Our mini fridge never worked and they never did anything about it the heater doesn't work and we were freezing all night and the worst part was the lady that was making the omelets from breakfast in the morning was veryy rudeee!!!! Never staying at this hotel again!!!!

The “duvet” on the bed was nothing more than two sheets with a FILTHY DIRTY comforter between them. It was disgusting. The tub was peeling, the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. When I tried to us the iron, it spewed water on my clothes. I didn’t add water to it. There was no ironing board so I had to use a table.The room was freezing. This was our third time staying. The first one was just okay, the second one was worse than the first, and this last one was one was the worst. We won’t be back.

the maintenance man knocked on my door as my freind was sleeping, 1 hour into our stay. she was sleeping in underwearand he came in when she opened the door, he told her he needs to look in the restroomfor maintenance he did not tell her , then left room
