Positives: The room needs a little bit of an upgrade.. doors were messed up, the sofa bed was not very comfortable, you can feel the springs when you sit or lay on it. There were missing room numbers while looking for ours.

Positives: The breakfast was good and staff helping with breakfast was great.
Negatives: people at the counter were rude, had 6 of us in a room and only 2 towels. the hot tub wasnt hot it was barley warm and no towels in the pool area asked front desk to get some and she was extremely rude, wouldn't even make eye contact.

Positives: Hotel was nice. The handicap room was terrible. Not enough towels. No shower mat, no wash clothes, sink not in bath room. No hand towels for sink. Phones not operational so the wake-up call failed. Missed breakfast. Late for court. I rely on the call.
Negatives: The shower was sketchy, dirty, stained with blistering paint on the edges and I did not bring flip-flops to go in the dirty shower. Room 519. I am requesting a refund. I talked with Hotel management and they have agreed. I like Hilton Honors Hotels.

Positives: The restaurant was nice. It had good prices and friendly staff.
Negatives: My room was very noisy since the room faced the freeway. The a/c and the refridgerator were broken. When I checked out, I told the customer service man and he just shrugged it off and said that they dont run air in the winter, no comment on fridge.
