Not worth the price, at all. Just couldn't feel the quality and definitely couldn't see it.

Location, size of room, most of the staff were great

Parking, which I had to pay $18 per night, was terrible. This is first Hampton property Ive ever stayed at where lot was obviously too small for number of rooms. Also, breakfast did not meet standards of other Hampton properties for both variety of offerings and space allocated for breakfast service. Most properties rotate breakfast offerings so same hot items not served two days in a row. Waffles were great.

I WENT THROUGH BOOKING.COM AND PAID FOR A ROOM WITH 2 BEDS AND A SOFA BED. WHEN I GOT TO THE HOTEL, I GOT 1 BED AND 1 SOFA BED. IT WAS FOR MY MOTHER AND NEPHEW. THE NEPHEW NEEDED TO SLEEP ON THE SOFA BED. HE IS 40 YEARS OLD AND THE SOFA BED WAS NOT WHAT HE NEEDED. THEY HAD NO WHERE TO SIT IN THE MORNING WHILE THE OTHER ONE WAS SLEEPING. I PAID FOR 2 BEDS AND SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED 2 BEDS.

Room was clean and breakfast was nice.
Negatives:
The door to our room was not working, and the receptionist was not accommodating. She said they had no other rooms available, and after I told her that my husband was not going to keep quiet, she suddenly found a room for us. The new room was good, even though the restroom door was a challenge to close, and there was no water for the coffee. I could deal with small issues, but unfortunately, my husband does not.

My room was disgusting and falling apart, the water doesnt get very hot, the room is only cleaned upon request. We requested but room not attended to for almost a week. Also, $18 for parking is ridiculous when free across the street. Breakfast not good.

I paid a lot to stay at this hotel for two rooms and four days. It was not worth the price. I was charge for parking $18 a day and there was no parking for larger vehicles. Cannot park in other areas or the vehicle will be towed. There was no water pressure to take a bath, the outlets to plug my phone in didnt work, front desk never answer the phone, the gym was suppose to be open 24hrs but it was closed at midnight. TV remote didnt work along with no buttons on the TV to control it. Heater and AC didnt work. When I complained to the front desk about my concerns I was offered two bottles of free water.
