Negatives: The front desk associate seemed disturbed by my check in and questions, like I was bothering him. He wasn't friendly and tried to hurry me away even though it was late and I was the only one there. Not all our outlets worked in the room. The hotel seemed dingy and felt old. The pool was green. And no gluten free bread options at breakfast.

Negatives: My TV never worked. The Wi-Fi was very difficult to connect to. The overall hotel seemed run down, with a lot of chipped paint and marks on the walls. The bed was also not that comfortable. There was also water leaking into the parking lot from the hotel.

Positives: We arrived at the hotel around 9pm and had no issues parking. Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious. We appreciated the bathroom having a soap dispenser instead of soap bars. Free breakfast was hot and cold.

Negatives: The credit card machine wasn't working and our card was charged multiple times. However, the hotel said they would waive the fee altogether for the inconvenience. The AC unit wasn't working. Luckily, we were able to open the window to let fresh air come in. Chair in room was uncomfortable and probably needed to be replaced.

Negatives: Horrible staff! I had contacted the property ahead of my stay to tell them my arrival will be delayed due to an airport strike. When I got there they claimed I was a no-show, my room was cancelled and if I wanted a room, I needed to book and pay for a new one. They blamed booking.com. She was horrible. Treating customers like that especially after 14 hour travel is disgusting, go back to school!!!
