I couldn’t stand your hotel, and I would never stay there again.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that no one would help us. I didn’t like that we didn’t have a heater in our room. I didn’t like that our five-year-old was incredibly sick because it was so cold and it triggered her asthma. I didn’t like having to pay for parking for a car that wasn’t mine and I was not given the choice. I don’t like that I didn’t get my deposit back, I didn’t like that I had to schedule maid service so I never had any service cause I didn’t know I was supposed to schedule it I didn’t like that there wasn’t a manager on duty ever that could address my issues. Your hotel is horrible and I will never ever stay at one again and I will never encourage anybody to stay there

On the morning of the day of my check-in, I received a message from the hotel saying “We hope you have enjoyed your stay”. I called them told them I haven’t had my stay yet, they said the message was a mistake. 3 hours later I get another message from the hotel, saying my stay was cancelled. There was no reason mentioned. I called the hotel, a rude lady at the front desk put me on hold and forgot about me. After 25 min I hang up and called again. Another lady this time confirmed my reservation was cancelled and said the hotel was probably overbooked. This happened 3 hours before check-in and I had to scramble to find a new place to spend the night. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.
