My room was disgusting and falling apart, the water doesnt get very hot, the room is only cleaned upon request. We requested but room not attended to for almost a week. Also, $18 for parking is ridiculous when free across the street. Breakfast not good.

I paid a lot to stay at this hotel for two rooms and four days. It was not worth the price. I was charge for parking $18 a day and there was no parking for larger vehicles. Cannot park in other areas or the vehicle will be towed. There was no water pressure to take a bath, the outlets to plug my phone in didnt work, front desk never answer the phone, the gym was suppose to be open 24hrs but it was closed at midnight. TV remote didnt work along with no buttons on the TV to control it. Heater and AC didnt work. When I complained to the front desk about my concerns I was offered two bottles of free water.

They charged me even though I prepaid I checked out same night someone there used my credit card info and checked me back in even though I wasn't present. I complained they apologized but two days later another charge on my credit card from them.
Negatives:
I had to cancel that card and get another one. The front desk are rude. The manager is not thourough. Rude. And obviously has no control over his staff. How does this happen. The person has to be present in order to check in. I wasn't there

Yes that their staff confirmed that my reservation was cancelled and a refund was completed. The next day I was told that their employee should not have processed the refund, leaving me now unable to use the room that I paid for.

I couldnt stand your hotel, and I would never stay there again.
Negatives:
I didnt like that no one would help us. I didnt like that we didnt have a heater in our room. I didnt like that our five-year-old was incredibly sick because it was so cold and it triggered her asthma. I didnt like having to pay for parking for a car that wasnt mine and I was not given the choice. I dont like that I didnt get my deposit back, I didnt like that I had to schedule maid service so I never had any service cause I didnt know I was supposed to schedule it I didnt like that there wasnt a manager on duty ever that could address my issues. Your hotel is horrible and I will never ever stay at one again and I will never encourage anybody to stay there
