Positives:
The open center garden/pool area. The room was nicely arranged with furniture and lighting. The third floor offers the stairs or an elevator to get to/from that level. They had a breakfast each morning; the waffle maker (takes 2.5 mins) had a line up.
Negatives:
The noisy fan in bathroom, the slippery tub is unsafe for the elderly to stand in (room 319). Bed, not the most comfortable, TV limited on channels, no Internet for guest use in lobby. Check in clerk never mentioned the breakfast to me.

I love the design and spaciousness of the room. Everything was clean and tidy. The continental breakfast was great as well!

Rugs fraying, stepped on carpet tacks, so much smoking, weed smoking, homeless people in parking lot, felt unsafe, had to move rooms due to safety, complained several times but nothing was resolved
