Very budget friendly and located only 3 miles from Disneyland and the Anaheim convention center. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy, when the water heater went out, property owners went above and beyond to make it right and allow me to take a warm shower at another room. All the shrubbery is lush, welcoming, and clearly has a personal touch to it. For as busy a location as this property is located, it is a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of greater Los Angeles. There is also a nice little coffee house just a block over. Finally, the owners were very accommodating for me and the unusual pet I had to bring with me (rabbit)!
Negatives:
The road adjacent to the property can be noisy at times and some of the pedestrians can be as well. There is enough parking to accommodate all guests. It seems, although you might not be parked immediately outside your door like you would want.

We had an extra car and the lady pounded on our door. She was very rude and made us move the car immediately. We parked it across the street in a shopping center (Ross Store and Burlington Coat Factory). Car was towed.
