The staff at the Hyatt Place were truly phenomenal. They were very responsive and helpful when we ran into some issues with our flight being cancelled after we'd already checked out the hotel.

Room felt spacious. Hot tub was lovely and separated from the main area.

I had to change to two beds from one king at check-in and they charged me $75 which I thought was very pricey but I had no choice unfortunately.

The breakfast area and food selection was okay, could have used trays to help get to and from the available seating area and the food.

Having to pay $9.99 a night for covered parking was excessive! They had an abundance of E-Charging stations like 15+ and is probably why the charged everybody to park! Not my problem, I had a normal car, didn't need any servicing!

The room smelled heavily of bleach and there was no way to open a window to get fresh air or circulate new air. This caused me to get light headed. The A/C was placed directly under the blackout curtains so it was almost ineffective. You have to pay for parking as well, that should be included for the price and the amount available. Breakfast was ok, the eggs tasted terrible.

There was something extremely odd about this particular room. The plumbing was extremely loud, and every time the rooms in the vicinity with flush the toilet or take a shower it would definitely make more noise then you would typically hear of a normal drainage system. This was extremely high, and one other thing that happened with us in our stay at around 4 o'clock in the morning someone made an attempt to open the door which was kind of odd and they said they were maintenance. Why would Maintenance open the door at 4 o'clock in the morning where everybody's asleep I made them attempt to advise the attendant when we were checking out but she was busy with other guest. She probably didn't hear our concern.
