Positives: it was super clean and new, the decorations were beautiful.
Negatives: the check in was at 4:00 pm and the check out was at 11:00 am the next day, house keeping started knocking at our room at 8:30 am and they even open the door while we where sleeping. at 10:15 am they came back and star knocking again, we found that super annoying and that’s something you shouldn’t experience while staying at a hotel. we check out at 11:00 am and the receptionist didn’t ask “how was your stay” (you know the usual) so i thought that I was going to waste my time by telling her what happened to us. Thats why I’m giving this review, I’m my experience when something happens while you’re staying in a hotel the staff alway try to make it up to you in some way, and again I know I didn’t tell her, but her attitude wasn’t very attentive.
