the staff was very accommodating and moved us when after we were placed amongst a girls soccer team. No one got fussy. also you had great tequila in the bar.

Everything was extremely clean, staff were courteous and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. The entire hotel was very family friendly.
Negatives:
There were several groups of high-school aged kids on some sort of sports team trip. The "quiet hours" were supposed to be from 10pm-7am, but people were running up and down the halls (3rd floor) and slamming doors repeatedly until a little after midnight. The quiet hours weren't enforced at all.
