Our first room had a broken bathroom door that was very obvious. Not sure why we were given a room that was not guest ready. We were quickly given another room. However, both rooms seemed dark, dirty and just plain old and dated. It's Embassy Suites AND it's Silicon Valley. We expect a higher standard of quality. Carpets seemed like they had not been vacuumed or steam cleaned in a while. One of the desk lights and outlets did not work so I had to get behind the mini fridge to plu in my laptop. Definitely a lot of room for improvement.

Negatives:
The cleanliness standards should be better. The daily cleaning wasn't the best. Very little effort was put to just tidy up the bed and few other things. Many other areas weren't touched.
